I was selling chapatis on the roadside. Each day I made around 20,000 UGX. Most people thought it was too small to save from — but I made a decision: I would save at least 5,000 UGX daily no matter what.
Some days were hard. I wanted to buy a snack or spend a little extra, but I reminded myself: This small saving is my seed for something bigger.
